The retreat offers a holistic approach to the experience incorporating daily movement, daily group sessions, therapeutic breathing sessions and journaling. With this in mind we have suggestions for what to bring with you listed here.

 

What To Bring

•  Journal and pens

•  A Course In Miracles book

       (if you own one, we will have a few and can share)

• Water bottle

• Alarm clock

• Comfortable layer clothing / check the forcast

• Yoga or exercise clothing pants and top

• Bathing suit - there is a pool although not heated

• Walking shoes and/or all terrain sandals

• Socks

• Rain jacket/wind breaker

• Sweater / Fleece

• Umbrella

• Sun screen / Hat

• Insect spray
